Cancelling Orders & Returns Cancelling your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us by email - please click here at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered.
In the email please let us know both your order number and your reason for cancellation.
If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to:
The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We strongly recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. Once you have opened the product containers or used the products you may no longer cancel your order.
However, your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.
Health Essentials will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the Goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. If you choose to cancel your order once the product has been dispatched you will be liable for the cost of returning the product to Health Essentials which should reach us its original condition.
